Trusted Blockchain-Based Signcryption Protocol and Data Management for Authentication and Authorization in VANETs

Vehicular Ad hoc Networks (VANETs) are the industrial cornerstone of intelligent transportation system (ITS), which widely used in traffic management, automatic driving, and road optimization. With expansion scale mobile ad networks (MANETs) smart vehicles (SV), VANETs will produce a large amount data. In open access environment VANETs, security information transmission authenticity user identity need to be considered when different communicate. order solve cybersecurity risks large-scale deployment VANET, this paper proposes trusted blockchain-based signcryption protocol data management (TB-SCDM) for authentication authorization (A&A) VANETs. existing attack model, TB-SCDM can ensure confidentiality undeniability information, as well effectively resist 51% attacks, eclipse attacks double-spending etc. Through benchmark analysis, scheme has higher computing efficiency lower storage cost compared with other schemes.
